Mommy and Me is a Northland social group for parents of children from birth to kindergarten. Mommy and Me offers playgroups, numerous monthly activities, mom's nights out and many more special activities. We have been around for 25 years! We are an open group. The BVEC PTA fills in gaps in programming caused by state budget cuts for Blue Valley School District children under the age of five. Through membership dues, the PTA orchestrates play groups with an onsite parent educator, monthly e-newsletters, large group activities like art and music events, and parent informational meetings. The PTA's efforts augment the Parents as Teachers program.
